Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Sentixx. Applies to enrollment, ownership verification, monitoring, and the leak-response workflow.
Launch pilot version. Last updated 30 May 2026. These terms govern enrollment, ownership verification, creator accounts, and monitoring during the pilot.
What Sentixx is
Sentixx is a tool for creators to detect public-source signals about their own handle - copies, reposts, and impersonation circulating outside their intended audience. It is not a legal agent, not a registered DMCA agent, and not an enforcement service - it generates evidence; you decide what to do with it. Protected, per-buyer watermarked delivery is a separate product, sixx.me, not offered on this site.
Enrollment and ownership-verified monitoring
Monitoring is available only to creators who enroll and confirm they control the handles and content they wish to monitor - an identity-linked attestation plus a bio-code check, before any monitoring begins. There is no public lookup and no anonymous handle check. Once confirmed, monitoring runs against Sentixx's indexed public sources; your enrolled handle(s) and standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) are collected and processed per the Privacy Policy. You do not upload any media to be monitored. Results are informational - they reflect what Sentixx has indexed and are not a guarantee of comprehensive coverage.
Account and monitoring
Creating an account requires an email address and password. After you enroll and confirm your handle, your account enables continuous monitoring of indexed public sources for your own confirmed handle(s) and access to your evidence dashboard. Findings are private to you and delivered to your dashboard only. There is no payment required for the free tier. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing contact@sentixx.net; deletion does not affect evidence records retained under the retention policy.
Acceptable use
By using Sentixx you warrant that you hold the rights to any content you submit or protect. You may enroll and request monitoring only for handles and content you own; Sentixx does not offer monitoring of third-party handles. Uploading, distributing, or facilitating the distribution of CSAM (child sexual abuse material) or NCII (non-consensual intimate imagery) is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement and relevant bodies. Automated scraping or bulk querying of the service without prior written consent is prohibited.
Evidence, not verdicts
Attribution output is confidence-scored evidence generated from public-source signals and delivery metadata. It is not a definitive legal determination of who leaked content or when. You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on evidence output, including any communications with third parties, platforms, or legal counsel.
Geo-restrictions
The service is not available to users located in or operating from the United States (pending US entity setup), Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Venezuela, or other jurisdictions subject to applicable OFAC, EU, or UN sanctions. Access from these locations may be blocked without prior notice. If your jurisdiction is added to or removed from this list, the change takes effect immediately on publication.
Liability
Sentixx is not liable for decisions you make based on evidence output, nor for any consequences of those decisions. Detection and indexing coverage is best-effort and does not cover all platforms or content formats. The service is provided as-is during the pilot period, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or exhaustive coverage.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by Polish law. Disputes arising under it are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in your jurisdiction are not displaced by this clause.
