Creator Agreement
What you agree to when you use Sentixx to investigate leaks and keep evidence tied to your account.
Launch pilot version. Last updated 30 May 2026. This agreement governs approved creator use during the monitoring pilot.
You own what you protect
By submitting content to Sentixx to be fingerprinted you warrant that you are the rights-holder or hold all necessary licences, permissions, and clearances for that content. Sentixx does not acquire any ownership interest in your content. We act solely as a monitoring and evidence-support layer on your behalf.
Model releases are your responsibility
If content features identifiable people other than yourself, you warrant that you hold valid, written model releases covering the specific uses Sentixx facilitates (fingerprinting, monitoring, evidence generation). Sentixx does not verify releases before accepting content, but will suspend a creator's account on a credible written challenge and may request documentation before reinstating it.
Prohibited content
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and mandatory reporting:
- CSAM - any depiction of a minor in a sexual context. Sentixx reports confirmed or suspected CSAM to law enforcement and to NCMEC.
- NCII - non-consensual intimate imagery of any person. Sentixx follows a dedicated NCII removal and escalation procedure.
- Content of minors in a sexual context - this prohibition is absolute; no artistic, editorial, or fictional framing creates an exception.
Violation of any prohibition in this section results in immediate termination of all access, permanent retention of relevant records for legal purposes, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
What Sentixx does with your content
When you submit content to be fingerprinted, Sentixx computes a perceptual hash from it on EU infrastructure and stores that reference fingerprint - not the file itself - linked to your account. We do not sell, license, or share your original content or your reference fingerprint with third parties. You can request deletion of a stored fingerprint at any time under the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.
Evidence output is yours to act on
Evidence records generated by Sentixx are provided for your review and any action you choose to take. They are meant to help you respond calmly when your content surfaces somewhere it shouldn't. Sentixx does not file DMCA takedown notices, initiate legal proceedings, or contact platforms on your behalf unless a separate engagement is agreed in writing.
Geo-restrictions
The service is not available to creators based in jurisdictions subject to OFAC, EU, or UN sanctions (including Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and Venezuela). US-based creators: the service is not available until Sentixx completes its US legal entity setup; we will notify the waitlist when this changes.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by ceasing to use your account or requesting deletion. Evidence records tied to active or past incidents are retained per the retention policy in the Privacy Policy, which may extend beyond account deletion for audit and legal-hold purposes. You may request a copy of your evidence records before closing your account.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by Polish law. Disputes arising under it are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland. Where applicable consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction provide additional mandatory protections, those are not displaced by this clause.
